By participating in any class, course, workshop, or event offered by Suspended Fitness, including but not limited to pole fitness, flexibility, aerial acrobatics, and any other physical activity, the student acknowledges and accepts that these activities carry inherent risks of physical injury.
Students understand that they are engaging in these activities voluntarily and at their own risk.
Suspended Fitness, its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during, or as a result of, participation in any of its classes or use of its facilities or equipment.
By agreeing to these terms, students confirm that they are physically capable of taking part in such activities and have consulted a medical professional if necessary. Students also agree to take full responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing while participating in any activity conducted by Suspended Fitness.
