Come to class with an open mind, and be prepared to work hard but have lots of fun too…
Wear a T shirt without sleeves and some shorts, with leggings over the top. Bring a small towel or cloth to wipe the pole and your hands, you might get a bit sweaty. NO MOISTURISER the day of class, nothing on your hands or body at all as it makes the poles slippery which can be very dangerous.
Bring water too.
We have 4 poles and we allow up to 2 per pole. The average class size is 6 students
