Improver Pole Course - Crystal Palace

Held at Antenna Studios, this course is for students who have completed our 5 week beginner course. You’ll already know how to Pole Climb (even if it still needs some refining) You’ll be familiar with basic Spins and Pole Sits. Here, we'll really help you develop your pole skills and strength. You’ll learn fun spin combos, flowing sequences, and choreography, and you’ll start to feel truly confident being upside down whilst starting to develop your leg hangs. You’ll grow quickly in both confidence and ability as magical things happen at this level. If you’re unsure whether this group is right for you, contact us.

Improver Pole Course - Herne Hill

This course takes place at Brockwell Lido and is designed for students who can perform a Basic Invert with confidence, either fully independently or very close to it. You’ll already be comfortable climbing the pole (even if it’s still a work in progress) and familiar with foundational spins and pole sits. At this level, we’ll focus on building strength, control, and fluidity. Expect playful spin combinations, smooth transitions, and choreographed sequences, alongside developing confidence in being upside down, particularly in your leg hangs. Progress tends to happen quickly here, with noticeable growth in both skill and self-belief - this is where things really start to click. Not sure if this class is the right fit? Upper Inter / Low Advanced Pole - Herne Hill

Held at the Brockwell Lido, this course is taught by two amazing instructors, Victoria and Beccie, each bringing their own focus.
With Victoria, the class suits confident lower-advanced polers who can Shoulder Mount, Ayesha, and Aerial Invert. Expect powerful combos, tricks, and spins that build strength, flow, and clean lines.
With Beccie, the focus is on advancing your creative movement and strength. This group is for polers who can confidently link intermediate moves, have a Shoulder Mount, and hold an Extended Butterfly. You’ll learn unique combos, advanced choreo, and those big confidence-boosting pole tricks.

Upper Inter / Low Advanced Pole - Crystal Palace

Held at Antenna Studios, this fun and dynamic course is for polers who can confidently link intermediate pole moves. Ideally, you'll already have your shoulder mount and be comfortable with an extended butterfly at minimum. In this class, we'll teach you exciting and unique combos and tricks, along with more advanced choreography segments. You’ll also work on those big pole moves each week to continue building your strength and technique.
